• 1.5 oz Vivacity P’isqu
  • 3 oz fresh squeezed cara cara orange juice

  • 0.5 oz rich simple syrup (2:1)

  • Seltzer: flavored or plain , we used passionfruit

Combine juice, P’isqu, simple syrup and ice in shaker. Shake and strain into a champagne glass. Top with cold seltzer. Garnish with a cara cara orange wheel.
