2 oz Blood Orange Juice
1 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Rich Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Dry shake the ingredients in a shaker for 30 seconds, and then shake with ice. After you strain cocktail into a glass don't forget to add the finishing touch of the freshly ground Nutmeg and Blood Orange Zest on top!
