Sweet, Savory, Seedy, and Scrumptious Wafers featuring Vivacity Spirits Bankers' Gin Spice Rub.

Toast in a warm pan until fragrant, about 4 minutes:

  • 2 oz sesame seeds
  • 2 oz flax seeds

Mix the above with:

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 4 tbsp Bankers' Gin Spice Mix

Mix in a separate bowl:

  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg

Fold the dry ingredients into the wet. Scoop 1 teaspoon balls onto cookie sheet (lined with parchment paper). Be sure to leave plenty of space between the cookies as they will spread out.

Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees, less if you like chewier wafers.
